Mojito

Press the mint, don't shred it — you want the oils, not green flecks.

Ingredients

2 oz
White Rum
¾ oz
Lime Juice
¾ oz
Can make

Mint
leaves only
2 oz
Soda Water

Steps

1. Gently press mint leaves with syrup in the bottom of a collins glass. 2. Add rum and lime, then fill with crushed ice and stir. 3. Top with soda water and garnish with a mint sprig.
