Cocktail
Corpse Reviver No. 2
An absinthe rinse, then equal parts everything else. Deceptively easy to drink.
Ingredients
- ¾ fl oz
- ¾ fl ozTriple Sec
Cointreau
- ¾ fl ozBlanc Vermouth
Lillet Blanc if you have it
- ¾ fl oz
- 1 dashAbsinthe
as a rinse
Method
1. Rinse a chilled coupe with absinthe and discard the excess. 2. Shake the remaining ingredients with ice. 3. Double-strain into the prepared glass.
