Mai Tai
Trader Vic's original — rum, lime, orgeat, curaçao. No pineapple juice in sight.
Ingredients
- 1 fl oz
- 1 fl oz
- ¾ fl oz
- ½ fl ozCan make
- ½ fl oz
Method
1. Shake all ingredients with crushed ice briefly. 2. Pour unstrained into a rocks glass. 3. Garnish with a spent lime shell and mint.
