Build it in the glass and float the rum so it stays layered.
Ingredients
- 2 fl ozDark Rum
Gosling's Black Seal · floated
- ½ fl oz
- 4 fl oz
Method
1. Fill a highball with ice and add lime juice and ginger beer. 2. Float the dark rum over the top. 3. Garnish with a lime wheel; let the drinker stir it.
